Greg helped me at a time of great transition in my life as I was hitting an illustrious wall at middle age. On the upswing, I was coming into my queerness feeling such utter delight, and yet I was also feeling held back by doing so much care work as a parent and teacher who is also a practicing artist: as is often the case, the art was not happening. Nor was the fitness happening, the fitness that helps bring energy to my days and helps me to feel vibrant and capable in the world.
Greg helped me to figure out what was holding me back so that I could then set some measurable goals for myself in art and fitness.
And he held my feet to the fire! Which is so helpful.
Greg is an attentive listener and pragmatic thinker; he’s also very funny which was probably his greatest gift to me in this process. At first, I felt apprehensive about the whole field of coaching and its potential for New Age clichés, but he kept things very REAL.
I really appreciate his dual superpowers of listening and keeping me on task. Most of all, I appreciate his delightful capacity to make me LAUGH!
I was fortunate to begin coaching with Greg at a time in my life where I was managing a very difficult health journey and was also experiencing anxiety and feeling very lost.
Greg approached our work with so much warmth, humour and kindness. I felt comfortable and safe instantly which allowed me the space to identify some much-needed direction and goals.
He coached me with practical tools and also allowed space to explore and find my grounding. He provided enough structure and guided discovery to help propel me forward and did so with such ease that I didn’t even realize how much progress I had made. Forever indebted to Greg for the new path and direction he has set me on.
